All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by Order I.D. # or they will not be accepted. To obtain your order I.D. # log into the Online Store at www.hornetsnestonline.com and click on ‘orders history’. Click the ‘Search’ button and all of your order(s) will be listed in chronological order.

We will credit or refund the full value of the item that was charged (excluding any shipping and handlings charges). If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment.
